Cocktail making at Bonprix on the Rocks, Malmaison

I love a sparkling, floor length, Queen Bey worthy dress as much as the next gal, but there’s something to say for pieces that you can dress up or down. Whether it’s a cosy coffee date or cocktails with your huns, get you a dress that can do both. With an invite to take a pick from Bonprix’s latest collections and get glammed up for a cocktail masterclass with my blogger babes, I was more than ready to get my glad rags on…

We kicked things off with a few glasses of fizz and a catch up with the other blogger babes.
Everyone looked blooming fabulous in their Bonprix dresses. Getting to see how the dresses worked for different shapes and sizes really showed off how versatile the pieces can be.

My shift dress had a sixties vibe thanks to the monochrome chevron print, which I’m so into. I teamed it with my abso fave over the knee boots that you can find me wearing pretty much every day in Winter. Beauty wise, I went for a backcombed ponytail and a statement lip. I’m obsessed with liquid lipsticks from Stila and the Cranberry Stilleto Lip Whip from Beauty Bakerie which has serious staying power.

We nibbled at canapes from the fabulous Chez Mal restaurant downstairs and posed for photos before the bar experts at Malmaison introduced us to two signature cocktails: pretty in pink and the sassy saphire frocktail. Both were delicious and we had some serious giggles trying to recreate them. You can get the recipes for both in Bonprix’s blog.

Thanks to the team at Bonprix for a fabulous evening and to Matt at Searchlabs for the snaps.

Love Lucinda xx
