Casual Curvy Style for Summer
There’s something about millennial style that screams dodgy tan-lines. From cage bikinis to mesh panels and lately, the cold shoulder style tops and dresses. But hey, they’re cute and I’m ginger so it’s not like a day in the sun will turn me into a not-quite-all-over bronzed goddess (think patchy lobster instead). Here’s how I’m styling the trend…
COLD SHOULDER PRINT DRESS | STAN SMITH TRAINERS | CHARM CORD NECKLACE (similar)| LEATHER RUCKSACK (similar)
This Missguided dress has been a favourite of mine for a while. It’s so easy to throw on and looks great with pretty much anything – swap sandals for wellington boots to take you from beach boho to festival ready. I’m keeping it casual with my Stan Smiths (hardly ever off my feet) for a laid back Summer vibe. It’s a previous season so I’ve linked it in a new print above, but you can pick up a black version here.
I picked up the rucksack from a Spanish market for a bargain (always barter). It’s not super practical in terms of space but it fits the necessities in and looks adorable at the same time.
The sunglasses are my go-to pair at the moment. They’re from Jeepers Peepers and are so affordable – perfect if your looking for something chic without the designer price tag. My Folli Follie necklace finishes of the look with it’s quirky charms. And glitter? Just because.
What do you think of this casual Summer look? Tell me about it in the comment below!
