VQ Leeds luxury shopping event
Thursday night I went down to the Victoria Quarter in Leeds for their annual shopping event. It’s a great night full of discounts and giveaways and this years was carnival themed – a little tacky but fun! I took advantage of the discounts and got some fab things and ate THE most divine chocolates ever. Plus I found some super cute home inspo in the stores…
Think bunting, fairy lights, dancers and dancers.
Obviously I popped into Kiehl’s for a bit of midnight recovery…
And fell in love with all the autumn decor in the stores…
Serious home inspo, this is like a Pinterest perfect bedroom – I love those jugs!
Fancy a spot of mulled wine anyone? There was some seriously yummy stuff going on in the Sophie Allport store.
I’ve been seriously lusting over some Folli Follie items (you can see which ones HERE), I can’t wait to get my hand on them!
I had the pleasure of meeting the fabulous Bink from Pearls and Swine – the most amazing, eclectic hat company, she made that crazy/cute kitten hat! I loved her look so much, especially that teapot bag!! She does custom orders too so if you’re after something a little more out there, she’s your gal.
I had my tarot cards read by Miss Pybis which was fun, apparently I’m going to face competition in my career but don’t worry because it will all work out in the end.
I also fell head over heels for the most amazing chocolate shop! I’ve spotted Charbonnel et Walker in Harvey Nichols before but this was the first time I’d actually been into the shop.
They make the most AMAZING champagne truffles I’ve ever eaten and I brought some sea salted caramel truffles home for my other half to try…
I’m a bit of an addict when it comes to anything salted caramel!
So I helped him eat them; I’m a very nice girlfriend after all…
I also picked up so gorgeous treats from Jo Malone but I’ll save those for next time!
The evening was rather fabulous and I enjoyed a glass or two of champagne along the way!
Have you shopped in the Victoria Quartre before? In love with any of the brands above? Have you tried the chocolate from Charbonnel et Walker? you can tell me all about it in the comments section below!
