In Love With: House of Fraser Nude Lace Underwear!
I’ve always been a big House of Fraser fan. I was invited down to one of their shows recently (you can read more about the fashion show here) and had a fantastic time. I was contacted afterwards and asked to pick a few key pieces from the underwear section… DREAM!
I took forever to decide as there were so many pretty pieces. I’m in love with the current Elle Macpherson Intimaters collection and who doesn’t want to look like the beautiful Miranda Kerr in the #MyCalvins campaign? When I came across this lace set by b.tempt’d though… I was sold.
I’ve been lusting after a lace bralette and knicker set like this one for a while now. Whilst a lot of handmade ones are flying round, I’ve generally found them to be a little flimsy and overpriced. This set ticked all the boxes for me, well made and a bargain!
b.tempt’d Lace Kiss Bralette C/O House of Fraser, £15
b.tempt’d Lace Kiss Bikini Style Knickers C/O House of Fraser, £9
Lolita 60s Sunglasses by Topshop, £16
Watermelon Slice Clutch from New Look, £10
On a side note, I’m seriously considering buying that New Look clutch in the Lemon slice and Orange slice versions as well!
I got the top and the bottom in size medium after checking out the sizing chart on HoF. I’m a size 10/12 bottom and a 32DD top and they both fit perfectly.
The lace is so pretty. It may be sheer but that hasn’t stopped me showing of the details. I worn it with a button down shirt, open a little further than usual or a dress with a low back.
Bralettes are unbelievably popular right now so I’ve found it difficult to get my hands on a lace one that I really liked. This version by b.tempt’d is really comfy and looks seductive without being too risqué! It has such a classy feel to it too.
The detail on the lace is so intricate, which is part of what makes it so beautiful to look at (and wear)!
As always, a big thank you to House of Fraser for sending over these pieces for me to enjoy. I absolutely love them. If you’re looking for a lace two piece, b.tempt’d is absolutely the brand to go with. Their pieces are sleek and elegant and quite a bit sexy!
Have you managed to get your hands on a lace coord? What do you think of the bralette trend? Will it keep going up or is it on the way out? Let me know in the comments section.
